Joshua "Josh" Schwadron was featured in the March 2003 publication of GQ magazine where it honored him as its national college "Big Man on Campus."[1][2] Later that year, Joshua appeared on the NBC reality tv show "Fear Factor" where he won the two-episode Las Vegas special.[3] One of the episodes' seven stunts, which required contestants to eat live African cave-dwelling spiders[4] also known as whip scorpions, was named in 2007 by VH1 as the 11th Greatest Reality TV Moment of all time.[5] Other stunts included: climbing off the roof of the Mandalay Bay Hotel, swimming with piranha, jumping off cars suspended 100 feet in the air, being locked in a coffin with 15,000 Madagascar hissing cockroaches[6] and finally, playing one hand of blackjack worth $89,000.[7][8]
Joshua is a principal of the Casabode Real Estate Group, headquartered in NYC.[9] He is a graduate of University of Michigan and Ross School of Business, which includes him in their "famous alumni" publication.[10] He is also a graduate of Emory University School of Law.
